With a masterbrand lacking clarity and seven sub-brands operating in silos, SThree struggled to reflect its ambition. We repositioned the brand with a bold strategy, unifying the architecture and creating a standout identity system. This brought consistency across the group while allowing each sub-brand the flexibility to showcase its industry expertise.
We moved SThree from a collection of standalone brands to a unified endorsement model, elevating them from a market-leading STEM recruitment agency into a category of its own. The result: a future-ready brand that reinforces SThree’s leadership in STEM, sets it apart from competitors, and reflects its full industry depth.

A unifying design system
We created a flexible group identity system that unites SThree’s sub-brands under one bold, cohesive visual language. A bold design system made up of fixed and flexible assets allowed for each GTM to have it's own personality within a structured master system. The result is a future-ready brand that reinforces SThree’s leadership in STEM, sets it apart from the competition, and reflects the full depth of its industry expertise.



The kaleidoscopes are a creative expression of how SThree expertly fuses industry expertise, technology and scale. It is this synergy that enables them to outpace expectations, change and ambition, to create the specialised solutions their clients and candidates need to outpace tomorrow, together. A kaleidoscope was created for each brand, serving as a highly-distinctive and differentiated visual asset that drives brand recognition, as well as communicating each brand's unparalleled STEM industry expertise.
