
GHD has grown through merger + acquisition and a leading reputation for client service. With employees around the world, GHD needed to embed and activate its business strategy across a diverse workforce. We created the internal engagement and content platform ‘Make it real’ to enable all staff to understand their role in creating the future of the business and thrive in making it happen.
Leveraging GHD’s core design components to expand and deliver this strategy and it’s ethos. Use GHD’s presence at the 2020 executive forum to launch this campaign to 78 key stakeholders.

A strategy that lived and breathed
We began by creating a dynamic campaign name and mark that grounded the strategy in a single call to action. ‘Make It Real’ This identity expanded on GHD’s core design toolkit whilst building in an improvised, kinetic and ‘living’ typographic behaviour that allowed us to bring to life an engaging and campaignable message. The spearhead for this campaign was the launch film.
