The Challenge

The Royal Albert Hall is an instantly recognisable icon, renowned for its world-class culture and prestige. As part of a wider brand refresh, I was commissioned to develop a distinctive motion language that would elevate and unify the new logo suite and masthead. The concept reimagines the Hall’s striking architecture, using rising motion to capture its vibrancy, excitement, and diversity, setting the stage for greatness. Circular geometric lines resolve in synchronicity, symbolising the values of diversity and inclusion that are central to the Hall’s identity.

The Challenge

SThree’s fragmented brand structure and siloed sub-brands diluted its ambition. We repositioned the company with a bold strategy, unifying the architecture while preserving sub-brand expertise. Moving to a unified endorsement model, we elevated SThree from a STEM recruitment leader to a distinct category of its own—creating a consistent, future-ready brand that reinforces leadership, showcases full industry depth, and sets it apart from competitors.
